Complaints and Returns
Complaints
Products eligible for a complaint:
- Products with hidden defects caused by the manufacturer's fault
- Disagreement between the received product and the order
- Damage during transport (complaints will only be accepted if accompanied by a damage report prepared by the carrier)
Please send the goods in question to us with the complaint form available for download here. Please send the shipment to CARSPOL, ul. Jana Pawła II 30b, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland. We do not accept any cash-on-delivery shipments. The time limit for responding to complaints is 14 days (for complaints from abroad, this period may be extended) from the date the complaint is received by the Service Center. In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer may request that the product be brought into conformity with the contract through free repair or replacement, unless repair or replacement is impossible (due to stock depletion). The Store will refund the Customer the purchase price.
In the event of an unjustified complaint or an item that is out of warranty, the Buyer will cover the costs of repair and return shipping.
The Customer's warranty rights expire automatically if:
- the product has any mechanical damage,
- the seals or serial numbers have been broken or prevent product identification,
- the defect is caused by a short circuit in the electrical system,
- the defect is caused by improper installation/assembly performed elsewhere than at a specialized car repair shop (no documentation confirming installation at such a repair shop),
- the defect is caused by use of the product contrary to its intended purpose or the user manual.
Provisions applicable to entrepreneurs
1. This section and the provisions contained herein apply only to Customers who are not consumers.
2. A Customer who is not a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement specified in § 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
3. In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Store has the right to limit the available payment methods, including requiring prepayment in whole or in part, regardless of the Customer's chosen payment method and the fact that the sales contract was concluded.
4. Upon the Store's release of the product to the carrier, the benefits and burdens associated with the product, as well as the risk of accidental loss or damage to the product, are transferred to the Customer who is not a consumer. From that moment on, the Store is not liable for any loss, shortage, or damage to the product.
5. If the product is sent to the Customer via a carrier, the Customer who is not a consumer is obligated to inspect the shipment within the time and manner customary for such shipments. If they discover that the product has been lost or damaged during transportation, they are obligated to take all necessary actions to determine the carrier's liability.
6. The warranty provisions specified in § 5 of the Terms and Conditions do not apply to Customers who are not consumers.
7. Parts that require replacement of mating components for proper operation should be replaced in sets. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
8. The warranty covers properly installed, fully sealed components that cannot be tested without operational tests, operating under normal operating conditions, in particular the drive gear with hydraulic motor, the slewing reducer with hydraulic motor, and the slewing bearing. The warranty period for replaced new goods is 6 months. Individual components of the above-mentioned components are not covered by the warranty.
Return of Purchased Goods
Every customer may return goods purchased from the Globalparts24 online store without giving a reason if they notify the customer of their withdrawal from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period expires within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, i.e., the date on which you acquired physical possession of the goods.
Consequences of Returns
The effect of withdrawing from the sales contract is that you must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal. Our store will refund your money without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the date we receive the goods.
Return Notification
To exercise your right of return (withdrawal), you must:
1. Complete the declaration along with the account number to which the refund should be made and attach it to the returned goods: (download the declaration).
2. Complete the returned goods.
3. Include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) in the package.
4. Include a declaration of withdrawal from the contract or at least your contact details (for faster identification of the shipment/order).
5. Securely pack the package.

Conditions We will accept the return if:
We will accept returns if:
- The product shows no visible signs of use and has not been damaged in any way.
- The product has not been copied.
- The product is complete.
- Proof of purchase will be included with the product.
- The customer submits a return request within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The customer returns the product no later than 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
- The return shipment will be delivered to us at the customer's expense and will not be cash on delivery (in which case, the shipment will not be accepted).
Refunds
We will refund your money by bank transfer to the bank account from which payment was made within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. If payment was made by card, the refund will be made to the card.
